How I process your data

The data controller is Krzysztof Dębski, operating as toumé. For data protection enquiries, contact hello@toume.org.

Your name, email address, message and selected form options are used to handle your enquiry and correspondence. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)); steps taken at your request before entering into a contract rely on Article 6(1)(b).

Providing data is voluntary. Your email and message are needed to reply; the form also requires a name. You can email hello@toume.org directly instead.

Form data is received by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards your message to email hosted by SEOHOST Sp. z o.o. FormSubmit’s privacy policy is linked above. Direct email bypasses FormSubmit.

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted 12 months after the last contact. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. If we work together, further retention depends on the engagement, legal obligations and applicable limitation periods for claims.

You may request access, rectification, erasure and restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability applies in the circumstances set out in the GDPR. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of UODO. Contact hello@toume.org to exercise your rights.

Enquiry data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling. This form does not subscribe you to marketing. Handling your enquiry does not require marketing consent or acceptance of a privacy policy.
